This technique involves tensing and then relaxing different muscle groups in the body. Start from your feet and work your way up to your head, focusing on the sensations of tension and relaxation in each area.

👉🏼Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness involves being present in the moment, observing your thoughts and sensations without judgment. Spend a few minutes focusing on your breath and acknowledging any distracting thoughts without getting caught up in them.
